The search for the killer of Twin Peaks home coming Queen Laura Palmer continues, but it's special agent Dale Cooper (Kyle MacLachlan) who comes under investigation when he is suspended from the FBI for his authorised raid on the One-Eyed Jacks Casino. Despite that obstacle, Cooper uncovers some clues regarding the identity of the person who shot him. With the help from Sheriff Harry S.
