Home Economics in 1975 introduced me to this great book. I lost my original copy, as well as the the second copy I purchased in the early 1990's. My enthusiasm for the book is not diminished, I needed another copy! Thence my purchase of the current edition in 2021....yepeeee
I have a Cookery The Australian Way that was given to me by my mum and I think it was one of the first published. I thought it a good idea to update and I am very happy with the latest edition. It has lovely images, helpful information about nutrition and ingredients and a great selection of recipes. I think it's great and I highly recommend it!
