Delivery Timeframes
The time taken for a title to reach to you once it has been dispatched depends on where it has been sent from. Please check both the dispatched and received in time given above an item's "buy" button to determine the delivery time to you. This time is determined as follows:

Dispatched in 24 hours, Received in 10-12 days:
The title is dispatched from an overseas supplier who will send the title directly to you. You should expect to receive it within 10 to 12 working days (from the working day following receipt of the dispatch email.) This delivery time applies to metropolitan areas of Australia (Perth may take slightly longer.) Rural delivery may take longer. -
Dispatched in 24 hours, Received in 7-10 days:
The title is dispatched from an overseas supplier who will send the title directly to you. You should expect to receive it within 7 to 10 working days (from the working day following receipt of the dispatch email.) This delivery time applies to metropolitan areas of Australia (Perth may take slightly longer.) Rural delivery may take longer. -
Dispatched in 24 hours, Received in 2-3 days:
The title is dispatched from our Melbourne fulfilment centre and sent with Australia Post. You should expect to receive it within 2-3 working days (from the working day following receipt of the dispatch email) for most metropolitan areas in Australia. Perth, Darwin and large cities and towns in QLD, NSW, SA & TAS can take 3-5 working days; other locations can take 4-6 days; remote areas can take longer.

Other Delivery Information
Payment is taken when your order is dispatched. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed.
Our databases are regularly updated based on current availability information supplied by publishers and book distributors. Books can and do sometimes become temporarily unavailable whilst reprinting, or they may go out of print without prior notice from the publisher.
Angus & Robertson Online will endeavour to supply all orders placed via this site. All books and other products are listed for sale in good faith, but it is possible a supplier may notify us that a title is currently unavailable or no longer available. Upon receipt of this information from a supplier our online customer service team will contact you to let you know of the cancellation or delay of your order.
