Angus & Robertson will refund or exchange goods, provided they are in re-saleable condition and you have your original proof of purchase from Angus & Robertson Online. Faulty, mis-bound, or shipped in error items may be returned for refund or exchange with proof of purchase.
DVDs and other items shipped sealed or shrink-wrapped must be returned in original sealed / shrink-wrapped condition if you are requesting a change-of-mind exchange or refund.
Please also note that publishers may sometimes alter a book's cover or change the described contents. In such cases, if you are unhappy with the book supplied please return it together with a copy of your invoice and we will issue a full refund.
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify our customer service team within 30 days and follow their instructions for return.
Online purchases may be returned to Angus & Robertson Online or to any Angus & Robertson bookstore.
The cost of returning any product to Angus & Robertson Online is your responsibility. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is mis-bound or faulty we will refund reasonable return freight costs. Freight charges are not refunded where an item is returned for a change-of-mind refund or exchange.

We will make every effort to process items returned to Angus & Robertson Online within 3 business days of receipt at our Online office. Please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer's procedures.
