Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges to Angus & Robertson Online
Angus & Robertson Online will exchange goods purchased via the online store, provided they are in re-saleable condition and you have your original proof of purchase from Angus & Robertson Online. Faulty, mis-bound, or items that were shipped in error may be returned for refund or exchange with proof of purchase. Items purchased in an Angus & Robertson store cannot be returned to this online store - these items must be returned to a bricks and mortar A&R store.
Tangible purchases made via the online store must be returned to Angus & Robertson Online. If you are returning the item because you have changed your mind, the item must be returned within 45 days of the email which states your item has shipped.
eReaders & Tablets purchased from Angus & Robertson are covered by the manufacturer warranty. Within 30 days of purchase, you can return any faulty item to us for either exchange or refund. After 30 days has elapsed (from 31 days to 365 days) from the date of purchase, your device warranty is covered by the relevant manufacturer as listed below:
Kobo eReaders - your warranty between 1 month and 1 year is supported by Kobo, who can be contacted via their 24 /7 freecall number: 1800-357-270 or their support site website help portal.
Sony eReaders - your warranty between 1 month and 1 year is supported by Sony, who can be contacted on 1300-137-669 or by visiting their support site.
Samsung Tablet Devices - your warranty between 1 month and 1 year is supported by Samsung who can be contacted their website help portal.
eBooks cannot be returned, please choose carefully. If your eBook appears to be faulty, please contact customer service to discuss the issue.
CDs or DVDs and other items shipped sealed or shrink-wrapped must be returned in original sealed / shrink-wrapped condition if you are requesting a change-of-mind exchange.
Please also note that publishers may sometimes alter the cover of a book or change the described contents without notice. In such cases, if you are unhappy with the book supplied, please return it together with a copy of your invoice and we will issue an exchange.
The cost of returning any product to Angus & Robertson Online is your responsibility. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is mis-bound or faulty we will refund reasonable return freight costs. Freight charges will not be refunded where an item is returned for a change-of-mind exchange.

We will make every effort to process items returned to Angus & Robertson Online within 3 business days of receipt at our Online office. Please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer's procedures.
