Published annually since 1963, "The Canadian Yearbook of International Law" presents an authoritative survey of important and topical issues in the field of international law, particularly where these are relevant to Canada. In addition to articles of lasting significance, each volume contains book reviews, a notes and comments section, two sections on Canadian practice in international law, a digest of important Canadian cases on public international law and conflict of laws, and a commentary on recent Canadian treatises. "The Canadian Yearbook of International Law" is issued under the auspices of the Canadian Branch of the International Law Association (Canadian Society of International Law).
