After years of life as a thief, Catwoman has changed her ways and dedicated herself to becoming the protector of Gotham's East Side. Looking to destroy the drug trade that is infecting in her neighborhood, the former cat burglar asks Holly, her new sidekick, to go out on the streets and learn what she can about the man behind the illegal narcotics trafficking. But when Holly discovers that the head of the drug ring is actually a crooked cop, she quickly becomes a wanted woman. Now with her friend shot and framed for murder, Catwoman devises a mischievously brilliant plan to expose the corrupt policeman and bring him to justice.
