There are a few recipes that I haven't enjoyed, the carrot cake was a massive failed, probably mostly on the part of me not having the proper appliances required more than the recipe itself.

The banana bread is to die for and I would buy this book again just for that. Also love the list of ready made supermarket items that are vegan so you have a good guide for when you go into the shops to buy things!
