This book gets right to the point! Not only does this book show you what's possible, it shows you how! Written in plain, "real" terms anyone can understand. It's a great place to start your journey. One of the biggest takeaways is to change your mindset and start making a plan.

the book is very, clear, concise. hits a lot of good points. It clears up any misconceptions you may have about Buddhism. I first bought the book on my phone, and was highlighting so much I wanted to buy the book. Anyone should be able to relate to its concepts. And you do not need to be Buddhist to practice along the path.
