Alexander Osterwalder is a speaker, workshop facilitator and strategy consultant to organizations in 20 countries on all continents. Besides his speaking engagements, Dr. Osterwalder focuses on executive training in the domain of business model development and innovation.

Yves Pigneur

Yves Pigneur, PhD, is a professor of business and head of the Information Systems Institute of the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.

He has held visiting professorships at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and University of British Columbia in Vancouver.

Dr. Pigneur is the chairperson of several conferences (IFIP, ISDSS, AIM). His research has been published in over fifty books, refereed journals and conference proceedings.

Alan Smith

Alan Smith spent some years with the Geest Line which operated cargo ships between the UK and the Caribbean, before becoming an international shipping journalist, mainly covering the Far East, West Africa and the Middle East, then later North America, finally becoming a director of corporate communications.

Since 2016 he has been a Volunteer at the National Museum of the Royal Navy in Portsmouth, as a guide on Nelson's HMS Victory and a historical researcher for the Diving Deep: HMS Invincible 1744 Project.
