Covers all the basic exercises. I find the step by step breakdown really useful. Wish they had included more workouts on PARALLETS. Then again this is for beginners, so no complaints
Does a good job of laying out a comprehensive plan that's easy to understand and incorporate into your schedule from scratch or into an existing routine.
This is a very well thought out path to mass via body weight exercise. The best part is the use of proper progressions and the explanations of how to do it right and where you should focus as you progress.
Well structured and suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced. Can be read quickly yet everything is well explained and broken down. Could maybe benefit from some pictures to illustrate good form
I can tell you, it is not the most beautiful literature, but it is an important reading. If you don't agree, at least make you think a lot. I found not problems on vegan and testosteron information, but made me research and learn a lot. I think it is a must read.
