Built in Scotland in 1869, Cutty Sark is the world's sole-surviving tea clipper. In its long career, it transported tea across the world, broke records as part of the wool trade, carried cargo under the Portuguese flag and was used to train cadets, all before finding a home in Greenwich as a world-renowned visitor attraction. The much-loved sailing ship has been saved for the nation several times over and, today, Cutty Sark is an iconic part of Britain's maritime history.
