Daniel Nolan has been designing gardens for a decade. At Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles Daniel began mixing the Mediterranean plant palette he fell in love with in California with the refined aesthetic he grew up with in the Brandywine Valley, outside Philadelphia.

A dream job as a merchandiser for the famous Flora Grubb Gardens in San Francisco in 2009 expanded his knowledge of plant material and soon he was in demand by store clients to help them transform their interior and exterior plantscapes. Since Daniel has designed projects ranging from living walls for homes and restaurants to transformations of residential gardens and public spaces across the Bay Area.

His projects have expanded to properties designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and the Clos Pegase winery designed Micheal Graves and he is sought after by many of San Francisco's creative and tech leaders. His work has appeared in Martha Stewart Living, Elle Décor, Condé Nast Traveler, Monocle, The San Francisco Chronicle and Sunset Magazine.
