Each Other's Back: A Young Black Man's Strategies for Getting Ahead is a tool for helping young Black men forge a pathway toward their dreams. While there is great value in the views of older, more experienced individuals, Each Other's Back offers the unique perspective of a 25-year-old Black man who is still close to the experiences he shares, giving him an extraordinary ability to connect with his fellow young Black men. Each Other's Back draws from insights gleaned during the author's personal journey-he has been blessed to: serve as high school salutatorian; graduate from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business; intern at top companies like Google, Goldman Sachs, and Madison Square Garden; spend time as an entrepreneur building several companies; and be accepted to several top law schools, including Columbia, where he will be attending.
