A brilliant source of information filled with wonderful recipes (each accompanied by a photo). The recipes are easy to follow, nutrient dense, delightfully tasty and incredibly varied.

Love this coming book, so fantasies with alternative ingredient options on many recipes. Excellent for when you want to make a life long change to reading healthy and changing your lifestyle. Love the photos of each recipe. Highly recommend this book for anyone who cares about their bodies and future health.
