Hiit is a great introductory guide for people that don't really want to exercise to get fit. It teaches effective interval training that even in small amounts is useful. This guide focus on strength training which helps to build muscle and burn fat.

In the book the author says he wants you to be spending your time exercising rather than reading and he means it. Everything you need to know, links to online sources, then done! Definitely worth your time.
