IN DEEP, Audiobook and eBook - I wanted to read a good diving book with interesting story lines and good characters and adventure, which this story has in bulk. The main character Fin is a joke. One moment she's competent and in control, the next she's an insecure, stupid person. It's just too much flip-flopping and unrealistic behavior. Everyone has doubts but Fin carries it to an extreme continuously, and it got boring and irritating quick with the repetition. It was easy to figure out who was behind everything. The dialogues between Fin and her mother about certain topics, a death of someone special and more, made me wonder if they hated each other, again, unrealistic behavior. I finished the series with this book, my first read, in disappointment. The narrator Sarah Beth Goer does a good job with her performance. Source: My Kindle library and Audible included. 3*
