Dr Nick Fuller is a leading obesity researcher in Australia and has been running the clinical research program at the Boden Institute, Charles Perkins Centre in the University of Sydney for the past decade.

He has helped hundreds of people on their weight-loss and lifestyle journeys and investigated a broad range of topics including dietary and exercise programs, appetite hormones, commercial programs, complementary and conventional medicines, medical devices, and weight-loss surgery.

He completed his doctorate on the efficacy and cost-effectiveness of different obesity weight-loss treatments, and has also completed degrees in exercise physiology and nutrition and dietetics.

    I have heard Dr Fuller a few times on the radio and I am grateful to have finally purchased this book. The principles in here have helped me over the last few months feel healthier and keep weight off. There are some great recipes and I highlighted quite a lot of it and have re read a few chapters so it sunk in.
    Well worth the money I highly recommend it.

    This is a simple, sensible weight loss plan that I would recommend to anyone. I am 6 kilos lighter thanks to this plan after receiving this book (from a well-meaning friend) for my birthday last August. The advice is straight forward, easy to follow and, best of all, sustainable. I feel so much more confident in myself I can’t wait to finally reach my weight loss goal.
