Dr Nick Fuller is a leading obesity researcher in Australia and has been running the clinical research program at the Boden Institute, Charles Perkins Centre in the University of Sydney for the past decade.

He has helped hundreds of people on their weight-loss and lifestyle journeys and investigated a broad range of topics including dietary and exercise programs, appetite hormones, commercial programs, complementary and conventional medicines, medical devices, and weight-loss surgery.

He completed his doctorate on the efficacy and cost-effectiveness of different obesity weight-loss treatments, and has also completed degrees in exercise physiology and nutrition and dietetics.

    A great book full of useful advice. My favourite bit is the advice given about what we should choose when we order takeaway, so we choose the healthiest option. The recipes are great too.
    I only wish Dr Nick Fuller came with my copy, he's a dish I could devour for breakfast, lunch and tea!

  • A delightful read from an inspirational expert

    This was a delight to read and I am grateful that I saw this inspirational and gorgeous man on national television explaining his book. This is the only book I have read in the health and wellbeing category that has been useful. It is educational, yet also very practical. I have never related to a book so closely as this and I have no doubt that it will go on to help millions of people that have been struggling like me. Not only did it clear up all my misconceptions surrounding all things lifestyle (particularly food and exercise) but it has given me hope. I start my new journey and I encourage everyone else to do the same.
