I bought this for my sister who hates to read but is dealing with the start of the terrible two’s and seems to have trouble with discipline because of our upbringing. She said it’s easy to read and was helpful from the get go. Her sons behavior improved noticeably in a few days once she (and her husband) were on the same page with a strategy instead of the mish mash of what they were doing before that was not working at all.

The protocol is simple and straight forward. I recently heard someone say that "If it looks simple on the white board, it will kick your butt". This does so and I mean that in the best way possible. I see this as a launching point to use a couple of times a year (perhaps around the holidays). Do it once with a set of kettlebells, go back to doing other things, and then revisit again in a few months with a heavier set to see how far you have progressed. Make it your benchmarking protocol. The system is short but efficient... and that is what we all need at times.

Great book. I was looking for sometging with detailed information about kettlebell training. This book was everything I was looking for and more. Highly recommended.
