Excellent little book for the beginner to kettlebell training.Basic but is really all you need to get started.Has links in the text to trainers showing what is explained in the book by photos on youtube.This is very useful.Highly recommended

Well written and informative. Pictures and links to videos help dial in proper form. Time will tell how much weight I’ll lose, but I’ve definitely included Kettlebells in my excercise routine.
