Meditieren kann viele positive Dinge hervorrufen. Schon lange ist es nicht mehr ein alleiniges Tun bestimmter Religionen. Mittlerweile ist selbst in großen Unternehmen die Meditation zu eine festen Bestandteil geworden. Mit Meditation kann man viel beeinflussen. Dieses Buch ist für die jenigen geschrieben, die sich das erste Mal mit Meditation auseinander setzen. Es beschreibt sehr ausführlich, welche verschiedenen Meditationstechniken es gibt, wie man startet und was genau man beeinflussen kann. Ein sehr gutes Buch

The book is a little bit difficult to follow because the text is written as a long series of short statements, which are often rather disparate in their subject matter. Rather than a flowing story or thought, you are provided with an onslaught of often very short sentiments of value, purpose, and wisdom. I enjoyed the book and found the concepts simple and straight forward to apply to every day life. At the risk of perverting or desecrating this great work, I think it would be valuable to have it converted in to one of those "inspirational quote of the day" flip calendars. Someone get on that!

I am in the process of reading the book. It is easy to digest and you may not relate with many meditation techniques but you will definitely like some of them and they will absolutely blow your mind. What I like about Osho books is that they are easy to read and use simple language and sentence structures. This one is easy on the brain too.
