I learnt so much from both books. I especially enjoyed reading the Mindfulness book - it covered a lot of my questions about mindfulness and has made me into a practitioner. I highly recommend the book. The CBT book was a little more challenging to complete - at times, it felt like an academic textbook. However, for any someone looking to understand CBT at that level, I think the book would work well. Overall, I think the author has an easy-to-read writing style that compensates for the serious of the materials.
