She met illustrator Angela Cogo while living in a wonderful relic of a house behind the Museum of Cambridge. Monty Mouse of Cambridge Town is set in the streets Kate walks daily to Heffers bookshop, where she works. Angela Cogo was born and raised in the Italian countryside. She works as an illustrator and a children's bookseller and lives in Cambridge, where she studied Children's Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art.
