This book helped me on my own healing journey, from depression through to enlightenment (which is still of course a work in progress!)

Jessie adeptly explains a number of key spiritual concepts to tell her own story of moving from hardship into healing into wellness.

I found this book to be valuable to me in all stages of my journey - I even read it twice!

I'd recommend this book to anyone regardless of gender, though Jessie's story naturally as a female would potentially resonate even more with fellow mothers or women. I would especially recommend this to those wanting to understand they are not alone and there is always help, both from within and from without, for those of us who may be stuck, struggling or searching for 'more'.

To sum it up .. Word Salad
Basically a biography of a narcissist, gift wrapped as spiritual teachings.

Absolutely loved all the nuggets in this self development book. Despite how much knowledge and growth we think we have done, there is always more work to uncover. Reading about Jesse’s story was inspiring and a true credit to her. How she has risen above the adversities and now thriving instead of surviving. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to feel empowered and wish to do the inner work or continue their self development.
