Patrick Lindsay is one of Australia's leading non-fiction authors. He spent more than 25 years as a journalist and TV presenter before he began writing full-time in 2001. Since then he has written 20 best-selling books, including his inspirational series of which Be Resilient and Thrive is the latest. Patrick and his wife Lisa Cotton live in Sydney, Australia. He has three grown-up children: Nathan, Kate & Sarah and two grandchildren, Lucas and Sophia.
