Osiris Hertman graduated from the Design Academy Eindhoven, having studied under Lidewij Edelkoort. He started his career working for Ulf Moritz and later for Marcel Wanders. His background in product design is reflected in his passion for customising each project. Osiris is an all-round designer who's been pushing the boundaries of design since he opened his studio in 1997. He started as a furniture designer, soon came interiors, home accessories and even hand-crafted silver jewellery for the renowned lifestyle brand Buddha to Buddha. Osiris has travelled around the world to find unique and beautiful materials. The major part of all his design pieces are made by hand and encapsulate his unique style and passion for elegance, beauty and craftsmanship. He has also worked in conjunction with a range of craftsmen to create the individually customised, and original furniture that makes an Osiris Hertman interior unique.
