Magicians Circle is the sequel to Wizards' Den, another selection of spellbinding stories of wizards and wizardry by everyone's favourite children's writers. There is a Philip Pullman contribution, 'Dr Cadaverezzi's Magic Show', and stories from leading children's writers such as Jacqueline Wilson, Roald Dahl, Peter Beagle and Terence Blacker. Harry Potter may be the most popular fictional boy wizard but he is not the only one, nor the first by a long spell.
