Avril Crump, the bumbling but lovable female scientist, is back for another round of hilarious adventures with her friends the clones, Augustus the talking dog, bony Bonaparte, and seemingly normal Edna. When Avril and the clones notice that Edna has become ill, and nothing seems to help her, they must race to find a way to cure her. Avril quickly encounters the wicked Dr. Gideon Blut, who is suffering from a sickness similar to Edna's, and she realizes that his cloning experimentation has triggered a countdown to death. Will Avril and her friends be able to save Edna in time?
