When two girls from Oregon befriend a small, green frog with a most extraordinary, gold dishpan, they find themselves magically whisked to Oz by an accidental wish. There they are soon caught up m a struggle to free all of Oz from the cruel tyranny of a band of Magicians who have spread seeds of discord and distrust among the usually peaceful, trusting citizens of Oz.
