After facing down the ghouls of Howlfair, young historian Molly Thompson is taking a break from solving mysteries in the world's scariest town. But then Country Wonders magazine sends two journalists to write a feature on Howlfair and they want Molly to be their tour guide.

For Molly it's a chance to help save Howlfair's flagging tourist industry - and her family's struggling guesthouse. But there's something creepy about the visiting journalists, who seem a little too interested in a local legend about a phantom known as the Silentman.

They want Molly to help them find a hidden crypt that was never meant to be opened - and they won't take no for an answer...
