Two very exciting activities come together in Pop's Kitchen; the extraordinary art of cooking and a comparison to the fast-growing game of pickleball. With nearly 100 recipes ranging from current day to more than 50 years old, this cookbook draws from some of my favorite recipes.
The "kitchen" is integral to both cooking and pickleball, and in both there is room for everyone. My entire family enjoys doing both, from my 7-year old grandson to myself at 73! My goal is not to create master chefs or professional pickleballers, but to encourage enjoyment of both. So, head to your kitchens and see what you can "serve up!"
