A future that cannot be escaped...

I love pretty dresses, planning my marriage, and figuring out how to become a dancer.

Corpses don't feature in my plans. My parents, the corpses, and my grave magic have other ideas!

I've inherited a power I don't want, but it wants me. And when my friend is murdered and her corpse returns with a plea for justice, I can't ignore my power.

How will I balance my dreams with my family's expectations of me becoming a cemetery guardian, my fiance's desire for me to abandon the corpses, and the demands of the Magic Council who are investigating (poorly) my friend's murder?
