In this sequel, answers are finally given to questions that were raised in the first book. As things get darker, Mateo and Nadia's love stays strong and even Verlaine experiences her first kiss. While the apocalypse is nigh, Nadia's friends have faith in her to resist the darkness and she will need their faith. A captivating read that leaves readers hungry for the next instalment.
