Sue Dengate has been a life saver for my family. This book clearly explains what food intolerance is, and has a comprehensive list of symptoms which various people experience. But more importantly, the book has a bunch of recipes which make low-chemical eating possible.

If you only ever read one book on food intolerance, make it this one.
