    This book is a real eye-opener in the way it explains how certain foods react to your organs and how that reacts to high blood pressure type 2 diabetes cholesterol and how simply changing a few things in your life can make a huge difference to your health especially as we are getting older

    Love this book. It all makes so much sense and easy to follow. I have been dieting for years with little success but am already seeing results after following advice from this book. Not so keen on the recipes but can work around those.

    I’ve been doing the 5:2 for years with excellent results and it’s not been easy to stick too. Now comes along the Fast 800 and I’m cheering a more sustainable version that’ll has helped me get back on track. Next up, the recipe book. I highly recommend this book not only for weight loss but for general health and well-being and maintenance of cholesterol and prevention of other health issues.
