Justin Cronin has beautifully written and constructed a vampire horror fiction!

The passage takes us on a dark and harrowing journey through an apocalyptic and post-apocalyptic United States. The story has many twists and turns throughout and the vampires aren't what you are used to.

Cronin has combined two very well written story lines of vampires and the end of the United States/World and created an amazing story well worth the 900 odd pages.

The dystopian world created by Justin Cronin stretches the limits of the imagination and I fell for it all. Combined with the heartbreaking groundwork to set off the series of events, the world penned by Cronin will have you crying, laughing and hiding underneath your covers in fear.

Cronin has created a terrifying world that you will need to discover answers for through The Passage, The Twelve, and the highly anticipated City of Mirrors.

I can't wait to read them all again!

I loved this book and it's sequel, The Twelve. Great read, even if it isn't the most original concept for a novel. The twists and turns just keep coming.
