Michael Moore is a celebrity chef and a food and wine consultant to businesses across the globe, but for him everything started at The Savoy.




As one of nine children born to West Indian parents living in the East End of London, life was not easy. He lied about his age in order to get his first job and funded his own way through catering school with two jobs working long hours. His dream was to work at 'the best hotel in the world'.
