Jackie Morris

Jackie Morris is celebrated both as an author and an artist (illustrator of The Lost Words (2017) and author and illustrator of The Seal Children (new edition 2012). Artist in Residence at the Hay Festival in 2017, she lives at St David's, in Wales, maintains a very lively and informative blog, and is much in demand for story and illustration sessions, and signings.

Cathy Fisher

Cathy Fisher is an illustrator and author whose work reveals a deep appreciation of nature and the animal world, as well as of human emotion and behaviour. She grew up in Bath and has lived and worked in Australia and the Seychelles as well as in the UK.

She has collaborated on eight books with Nicola Davies including the highly acclaimed inclusive picture book, Perfect, and this is her second picture book with Jackie Morris, following The Panda’s Child. Cathy Fisher lives in Pembrokeshire, Wales...
