I like that this book has such a wide range of projects. I am a newbie, so I am sticking to the front of the book. Here you will find things like napkin holders and shelves. The basic projects. The more advanced projects include things like multi piece chairs. Each project has a comprehensive list of tools and materials you will need to complete it. There are also tips on how to stain or paint your projects. Overall, I thought this book was well done and educational.

I really enjoyed this set of detailed books on woodworking. I love wood ad this was just what my husband and i needed to get great ideas and how to touch up our old stuff, things like old dressers. Provides all the necessary information on the materials and tools needed to make small houses. A truly easy to understand guide to building and creating with wood. Perfect even for beginners!

The language is simple and engaging. I did have issue with the preconceived gender roles “little girls love sewing”, but I can ignore that for good plans. The plans are more like ideas. The project ideas are good, I am not unhappy to read this as part of Kindle Unlimited for the ideas. However, this is not a resource I would use for plans as the directions are written in flawed English and there are no pictures or diagrams.
