Raised among humans, Ember harbored grand Olympic aspirations with unwavering determination. Riding her loyal steed, the magnificent bay stallion Beau, she envisioned conquering the world on her 18th birthday, a mere month away. Each night, her dreams were a tapestry of victorious rides and cheering admirers, a future she deserved after a lifetime of solitude.

But then they found her. The ones who sought to claim her throne, and with it, her very life.

The forced flight from Ember’s home propels her into a perilous and unfamiliar realm—her birthplace—where danger lurks at every turn and uncertainty reigns. Now, she must face a heart-pounding race across the land, learning to fight for her life against the men vying for her crown.

Ember’s reliance on others becomes necessary in a land where nothing is as it seems, and the line between dreams and reality appears impossibly blurred. Her guard, Kalstrop, and her steed, Beau, are not just companions but her lifelines, guiding her through this unknown land. Meanwhile, a powerful sorcerer with a dark past will stop at nothing, invading her dreams and enticing her into his world of magic and wonder.

Towering castle walls are built to keep invaders out, but the lies they conceal burn deeper than any enemy will ever reach.

This fairy’s tale could only end in ashes.
