Anna Claybourne is an experienced children's author w ho has w ritten over 200 books on topics ranging from Shakespeare to space science and earthquakes to endangered animals.

She specialises in science and nature, literature, and art and crafts, but also w rites fiction and retellings. She lives in Edinburgh, UK, w ith her family. Besides w riting, she likes sew ing and music, and plays the trombone.

She is the author of several books and websites for children and young people. Her favourite subjects are history, current affairs and technology.

Katie Kear is a young British illustrator and has been creating artwork for as long as she can remember. She loves creating new worlds and characters, and hopes to spread joy and happiness with her illustrations!

As a child, her favourite memories always involved reading. Whether it was reading her first picture books with her mother before bed, and imagining new stories for the characters, or as an older child reading chapter books into the night, she remembers always having a love for books! This is what made her pursue her career in illustration.

In her spare time she loves drawing, adventures in nature, chocolate, stationery, the smell of cherries and finding new inspirational artists!

Ocean Hughes is a Children's book illustrator, packaging designer and ceramicist, based in Wales, UK. Ocean has illustrated many wonderful children's books since joining forces with Plum Pudding Illustration Agency. She loves bringing stories to life through her illustration and hopes to one day be able to author one of her own books!
