Joshua is burning candles at both ends, literally working on the family business in addition to being a volunteer firefighter. But when he meets Rachel, sparks fly and they both find it hard to deny the attraction they feel for another. But Rachel has already lost a loved one in a fire and she pushes Joshua away as she never wants to experience that kind of loss again.
