The last thing Kaedan remembered was being attacked in his portal with his wife Maleah. Now he wakes up to find that they have been held captive for their power for years. But Maleah is dead and he must live eternity alone. How can he do this, when everything reminds him of her? Hurt and lonely, Kaedan leaves Atlantis and returns to the world. He would do his duty. He will protect the world and guard Atlantis by himself.
