Sepolia in the Athens of the interwar period, where in 1936 Afobos Sepolion was founded, which is one of the oldest amateur clubs in Athens and continues to operate until today in the amateur categories of the Greek National Association of Athens, to which it had joined from the period 1937-38 and 1938- 39 began to compete in the 3rd Category of the Athens Football Association.

Στα Σεπόλια της Αθήνας του Μεσοπολέμου το1936 φτιάχνεται ο Άφοβος Σεπολίων που είναι από τα πιο παλιά ερασιτεχνικά Σωματεία της Αθήνας και λειτουργεί ανελλιπώς μέχρι σήμερα στις ερασιτεχνικές κατηγορίες της ΕΠΣ Αθηνών, στην οποία είχε ενταχθεί από την περίοδο 1937-38 και το 1938-39 ξεκίνησε να αγωνίζεται στη Γ΄ Κατηγορία ΕΠΣ Αθηνών.
