The imperial-institutional dogmas of physics and math identifies too narrow of a range of knowledge, concerning understanding the stable measurable properties of existence,

For example, it provides no valid math model of the measured property of system-component non-localness,

and

because of the over-all limited knowledge about physics of stable physical-systems, these imperial institutional dogmas are incapable of building clean cheap energy-sources,

thus, if the situation is so dire, then the public must not rely on the dogmatic and limited imperial institutional expressions of knowledge, ie a knowledge which fits well with the militaristic empire,

and

instead, find new principles about measurably describing stable spectral-and-orbital physical-systems of all size-scales,

It is the minor-radial-values…,

of the independent toral-components, ie the radial-values which are not the values of the equatorial-circular-coordinate-curves of the independent toral-components of the stable MTC-coordinate-structures,

…, which determine the hidden spectral-connecting pathways, which, in turn, identify the non-local connecting relationships, which can exist…, due to spectral-resonant-parallel-coordinate-mapping relations…., which exist between either nearby, or distantly separated, stable MTC-coordinate-structures,

This book gives the mathematical context, and the mathematical structures, of the stable properties of both system-components and systems, ie the math structures of the stable measurable attributes of physical-existence, and which is, mathematically, a quantitatively-consistent math context, due to math operations which are non=commutative and locally non-linear ie non-linear-inertial-pde’s,

whereas, GR, QP, and PP do not have math context, which are quantitatively-consistent,

hence, the languages of GR, QP, and PP, cannot be used as a basis for the measurable descriptions of the big set of stable MBFC-spectral-or-orbital physical-systems, ie the laws of physics and the languages of GR, QP, and PP, as well as their derived languages, such as string-theory or quantum-gravity, cannot be used as a basis for the measurable descriptions of the stable measurable properties of the stable physical-
