Following her counterproposal back in Dubai that she wouldn't fight Cillian if and when they happened to bump into each other in England, Amira is caught off-guard when fate throws them back together in Edinburgh a few months later. And Cillian is hard pressed to hold her to her promise.

And while Amira, caught between a rock and hard chest, is fighting the growing tension at home, she is also contemplating the enticing offer to work for her friend Denise in Boston.

She needs this change: a new city, new colleagues and, hopefully, a chance to let go of the past.
