C.E. "Clare" Andrews lived a life full of adventure from the intellectual world of New England to the artistic world of Ex-Pat Paris to the rugged mountains of Morocco. His world intersects

the lives of American Romantic poets, the literary and artistic community of Paris, and the post World War I Diplomatic Corps in Morocco, Albania, and Macedonia. A novelist, scholar, and prolific letter-writer, Andrews documents his adventurous life at one of history's crossroads.
