This CCIS book constitutes selected papers accepted in the Research Track on Cyber Warfare, Cyber Defense and Cyber Security and the Research Track on Mobile Computing, Wireless Networks and Security held as part of the 11th International Conference on Computational Science and Computational Intelligence, CSCI 2024, which took place in Las Vegas, NV, USA, during December 11–13, 2024.

The Research Track on Cyber Warfare, Cyber Defense and Cyber Security, CSCI-RTCW, received 98 submissions of which 18 papers were accepted. For the Research Track on Mobile Computing, Wireless Networks and Security, CSCI-RTMC, 7 papers were accepted from 31 submissions.

They were organized in topical sections on Cyber Warfare, Cyber Defense and Cyber Security; and Mobile Computing, Wireless Networks and Security.
