This book constitutes selected papers of the 17th International Conference on Computer-Aided Architectural Design Futures, CAAD Futures 2017, held in Istanbul, Turkey, in July 2017.

The 22 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from numerous submissions. The papers are organized in topical sections on modeling urban design; support systems for design decisions; studying design behavior in digital environments; materials, fabrication, computation; shape studies.
