birth, through his first few years as a child, his flight down to the birdman's

school where he learns to fly; his encounters with other peoples: some

positive, some negative; his actions and reactions in each case. It ends

up with his first battle with pirate raiders and his being sent to the City of

Emperors with messages for the Emperor; it stops as he leaves the

Commander. Is continued in "Cuauhtemoc: Descent of the Sun

Priests."
