In the infancy of artificial intelligence, Jade Draper's excursion to the prototypic Cybercourt complex descends into a nightmarish odyssey. Struggling with unresolved emotions and haunted by unsettling visions, Jade's turmoil is eclipsed by the malevolent intrusion of Haman Callow-an ingenious prison escapee manipulating a brilliant young hacker. Jade and Detective Bruce King are thrust into a harrowing battle with both Callow and Cybercourt's armed rogue AI, while their allies Wing and Lucy desperately try to intervene. In a hi-tech maze, where the cutting edge of technological advancement and the dark side of the human psyche collide, survival hangs by the thinnest thread and one wrong click could spell doom.
